Climate Justice Chicago (CJC) Climate Justice Chicago (CJC) is a grass-roots coalition. CJC recognizes global warming and associated impacts affects human lives - most particularly people of color, low-income, and indigenous communities who are least responsible for the generating greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, we are dedicated to reversing global warming through a radical change in both the perception and definition of the problem, and prescriptions for action. CJC recognizes that::
